KONE eInvoice, our new billing and payment solution to launch Sept. 8, 2020 for the U.S., has been designed to offer you more – and more convenient – billing and payment options, along with greater data security throughout the process.

KONE has partnered with Billtrust – an industry-leading Electronic Invoicing Presentment and Payment (EIPP) provider – to create and host this robust solution. Billtrust has an impressive track record of successful partnerships with many Fortune 500 organizations across the globe. Trusted internationally, Billtrust maintains multiple certificates of data security and compliance.

With the introduction of the new online payment options, we will no longer accept card payments via telephone.

Maintenance and repair customers will be able to make secure online payments, enroll to view invoices and store different payment methods.

If you would like to pre-enroll in KONE eInvoice please email Go.Paperless@KONE.com. Once you are enrolled and KONE eInvoice has launched on Sept. 8, you can log into the portal by clicking the button below.
