KONE AllenPlace is the newest U.S. facility located in Allen, Texas. It houses KONE Americas’ supply operations, major project engineering, research and development department and other product and installation support functions. The over 173,000 square foot campus features an office building with a customer showcase area, a light manufacturing facility and a 128-foot tall test tower with six elevator shafts to evaluate prototypes and new components before they go into production.
