Nicole Manzo is the senior vice president of human resources for KONE Americas. In this role, she advances the HR offering for the entire KONE Americas teams and leads efforts to empower employees with modern, self-service HR tools.
Nicole’s has more than 20 years of previous leadership experience across all HR disciplines, including leadership coaching; strategy development and execution; employee engagement practices; talent acquisition and development programs; change management expertise; training and learning development; as well as employee benefits, payroll and rewards programs.
Nicole holds a bachelor’s degree in human resources management from DePaul University.
